Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the complete terms between Detelina.bg EOOD (Detelina.bg) and you regarding your application and participation in the Affiliate Program of Detelina.bg EOOD (“Affiliate Program”) as an affiliate of Detelina.bg (“Affiliate”) and the establishment of links from your website/social media profile to our website, https://detelina.bg/.

By participating in the Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. The General Terms and Conditions of Detelina.bg are available at https://detelina.bg/obshti-usloviya.

This Agreement governs exclusively the Affiliate Program. In case of any conflict between this Agreement and the General Terms and Conditions on matters not related to the Affiliate Program, the General Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

1. Payment Requirements
As a partner of Detelina.bg, you can earn a commission for every completed order with your affiliate code, in the amount of 7% of the value of the products included in the order.

Commissions are invoiced and paid after a 20-day period from the order date to avoid returns.
The minimum threshold for invoicing and payment is €10.

Affiliates will not receive commissions from customers who cancel or return their orders within the first 20 days.

Commissions are paid exclusively via bank transfer after the Affiliate issues an invoice and provides the necessary payment details (IBAN of the account and account holder’s name).

2. Used Codes
Affiliate codes must be unique across our entire system. They are generated by the partner and subject to approval by Detelina.bg.
Promotional codes are created by Detelina.bg upon request by the partner. Each such code is unique within the system and valid for a period of one month. Every promotional code generated at the request of a specific partner is provided exclusively to that partner.

3. Partner Restrictions and Responsibilities
Partners are not allowed to use "cookie stuffing" techniques that set a tracking cookie without the user actually clicking on the referral link (e.g., via a 1×1 pixel iframe).
Partners are responsible for ensuring that their tracking code functions correctly before directing traffic to Detelina.bg. Any changes to affiliate links are entirely their responsibility. Commissions will not be paid in cases of tracking errors caused by editing, masking, redirecting, or tampering with affiliate links, as determined by Detelina.bg.

Partners are not permitted to bid on or otherwise purchase, directly or indirectly, the search term "Detelina.bg" or its variants/misspelled forms from search engines or other referral directory services.

Partners are prohibited from:
a) bidding higher than Detelina.bg's internal paid advertisements for any keywords;
b) creating direct links to Detelina.bg from search engine paid advertisements; and
c) using Detelina.bg as the displayed URL address.

Attracting customers through misleading information, unauthorized use of Detelina.bg's intellectual property, or misrepresenting oneself as an employee of Detelina.bg is strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of accrued commissions and removal from the Affiliate Program.

4. Deactivation
Where reasonably possible, Detelina.bg will notify the Partner before deactivating their affiliate account. However, Detelina.bg may deactivate a partner account immediately and without prior notice when:
a. Fraud or suspected fraudulent activity is associated with the account;
b. The Partner has engaged in false or misleading advertising;
c. Immediate action is required to comply with applicable laws or to protect the interests of Detelina.bg.

Any Partner who violates the General Terms and Conditions or this Agreement is subject to immediate deactivation, and all accrued but unpaid commissions will be forfeited.

If you wish to terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program, simply remove your affiliate links from your website/social media profile and cease promotion. For accounting purposes, Detelina.bg will retain your account and personal information in accordance with the privacy provisions of the General Terms and Conditions.

5. Modifications
Detelina.bg reserves the right to modify or terminate the Affiliate Program at any time. Partners will be notified of significant changes via email to the address provided. Continued participation in the Affiliate Program after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

6. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Bulgaria.
